The initial DISC model comes from research conducted by Dr. William Marston, a physiological psychologist, published back in 1928 in the book Emotions of Normal People. That research has since been used to develop DISC.
Training participants complete a series of questions in an online assessment, which then produces a detailed profile about their personality and behavior. The profile is workplace-specific with in-depth information, including tips, strategies, and action plans to help participants become more effective when communicating internally and/or externally. Our energizing, informative training uses the DISC profile, completed by each team member beforehand, along with interactive exercises and meaningful discussions, to help teams make their work (and personal) lives better.
