The training uses a DISC assessment tool that helps people better understand their own behavioral style and the style of others in the group. Each participant receives their own profile, then participates in thoughtful and energizing (and fun!) exercises that bring about new understandings about the challenges facing every team…and how to address them.
There’s also time for participants to plan just how they can use their new information to make things better back at the office.
The half day training can be facilitated on its own, or in conjunction with additional trainings or facilitated discussions focusing on a specific topic facing any team.
