Beginning by feeling your feet and hips supported by the earth, then focusing lightly on your breath
Moving your focus to the following phrases, saying each set of phrases to yourself twice
- May I accept myself fully
- May I be kind and friendly to myself
- May I know my own worth
- May I be at peace
Next, thinking about something that you don’t like about yourself very much (picking a 2-4 out of 10)

Thinking about something that has challenged you recently (picking a 2-4 out of 10)
